The Kargentra film: a logistics software video from demand to invoice
Ninety-six seconds, silent, with on-screen titles and English captions. One order arrives, is planned, tendered, received and staged, released and tracked, recovered with a person’s approval, delivered with proof and invoiced, all on one record.

Transcript and scene descriptions
The film has no voice-over and no music. These are its on-screen titles in order, each with a description of what the scene shows.

The problem
Every order becomes a shipment, a load, a trip, a delivery and an invoice.
Most companies run that across six systems.
Fragmented record tiles drift apart across a dark frame, each holding its own copy of the same order, so no single tile tells the whole story.
0:08 – 0:16
One record
Kargentra runs it on one record.
The Kargentra mark appears over an operational network: a plant, a distribution centre, a port, a cross-dock and a customer linked by lanes. Record cards follow order ORD-88214, load LOAD-2291 and trip TRIP-4410 along the network.

Order intake
Orders arrive from portals, APIs, ERP and EDI 204, validated once and promised against real availability.
New orders stream into Order command from the customer portal, an EDI 204 file, an ERP connector, the API and manual entry. ORD-88214 validates Clear, moves from Draft to Submitted to Accepted, receives a committed delivery promise and opens a fulfilment request to the warehouse.

Planning
Plan loads and routes against real constraints. Every refusal is explained.
Four shipments that need planning are selected. A direct-road option shows a constraint breach with its reason, the consolidated route draws as feasible, capacity fills, and the planner presses Accept plan to create trip TRIP-4410.

Tender and booking
Tender to qualified carriers. Accepted is not booked until it is booked.
Qualified carriers are ranked by rate with their insurance checked. The first carrier declines with a reason, the next candidate is offered, a fictional carrier, Northline Freight, accepts before the deadline, and the booking is then confirmed as its own step.

Warehouse
The warehouse receives, picks, packs and stages, then tells transport it is ready.
An advance shipping notice is received two cartons short and the discrepancy is recorded. The stock is put away, wave-picked, packed and staged, the supervisor confirms the handoff, and transport receives Warehouse ready.

Release and tracking
Release only what is ready. Track planned, ETA and actual without blurring them.
Trip TRIP-4410 departs Breda for Antwerp. The panel keeps planned, ETA and actual times in separate columns, tracking switches from the driver app to vehicle telematics with its source labelled, a late departure from Breda pushes the ETA out, and an at-risk flag is raised to the Control Tower.

Exceptions and Ask Kargentra
When the day goes wrong, Ask Kargentra explains and proposes. A person approves.
Ask Kargentra answers a question about the at-risk trip, citing the records it used, and drafts a proposal. The proposal is marked as requiring approval and waits until a named person reviews and approves it; nothing changes before that.

Proof of delivery
Drivers capture proof of delivery, even offline.
On the driver’s phone, the driver confirms the load, records arrival and a part handover, and captures a signature and two photos with no signal. The Sync Center confirms every step once the phone is back online.

Billing and invoice
Evidence complete. Billing ready. Invoiced, on the same record.
The delivered trip moves through the delivery-to-finance close queue: evidence complete, then billing ready once the billing checks pass, then handed off to Finance and invoiced from the same record.

Real product, composed for film
Every screen in the film is a Kargentra screen. The compositions are rebuilt from the product source with its real labels, columns and states, then animated so a whole working day fits into ninety-six seconds. The order, the trip, the carrier and the customer are illustrative, and every company name is fictional.
The film follows the same order, ORD-88214, and the same trip, TRIP-4410, as the interactive product tour, so you can pause on any scene and read the chapter that explains it: who does the work, which states the record moves through and what Kargentra prevents.
One rule holds throughout. When something goes wrong, Ask Kargentra explains what happened, cites the records it used and proposes a recovery. The film shows the proposal waiting for approval, because in Kargentra a person with the right permission approves every change.
The Kargentra film: frequently asked questions
How long is the Kargentra film?
The film runs one minute and thirty-six seconds. It is split into eleven scenes, from the problem of running one order across six systems to an issued invoice, and the chapter list next to the player jumps straight to any of them. The full transcript, with a description of every scene, is on this page.
Does the film have sound?
No. The film is silent, with on-screen titles, so it works the same in an open-plan office, on a phone on mute or on a meeting-room screen. English captions repeat the titles at the same moments, and the transcript below describes what each scene shows for anyone who cannot watch it.
Are the screens in the film real?
Yes. Each scene is a Kargentra screen rebuilt from the product source with the same labels, columns and states, then animated for film. The data is synthetic demonstration data, and every customer, carrier and site name is fictional. The interactive product tour pairs the same scenes with screenshots captured from the running application.
Is there a longer, interactive version?
Yes. The product tour follows the same order through eight chapters at your own pace. Each chapter names who does the work, the exact states the record moves through and what Kargentra prevents, with a link to the product page behind it. It needs no form and no sign-up.
Can I link to a specific moment in the film?
Yes. Add #t= and a number of seconds to this page’s address, for example /film/#t=61 for the Ask Kargentra scene, and the player is cued to that moment when you press play. Every chapter in the list next to the player also jumps straight to its scene.
See your own order run end to end
Ninety-six seconds shows the shape of it. A working session shows your lanes, your sites and your exceptions, on one record.
