Contact Kargentra and book a working session on your operation
Bring a real lane, a site and a recent exception. We will run them through the live product with your team, on real screens, and show you where every step lands on the record.
Ways to reach the Kargentra team
Book a working session
A live session on your scenario: your lanes, your sites and one exception you recently had to handle. The email opens pre-filled with the few details we need to prepare.

From your email to a session on your own scenario
- 01
You send the email
Use the button on this page. The pre-filled email asks for your company, role, the operations in scope, regions and modes, and times that suit you.
- 02
We agree a scenario
A person from the Kargentra team replies to agree the scenario: which lanes, which sites and which exception, and who from your side should join.
- 03
The working session
We run your scenario through the live product on real screens, from the order through the warehouse and the trip to evidence and billing.
- 04
A tailored pilot, if it fits
If Kargentra fits, we invite you to discuss a pilot tailored to your operation: what it would cover, which of your data it would use and what it would have to prove.
What to bring
Two or three real lanes
Origins, destinations, typical volumes and the modes you use, so planning and sourcing look like your network.
Your sites
Warehouses, docks and yards involved, and whether they run on another system today.
One recent exception
A late delivery, a short receipt, a rejected tender or a disputed charge. It shows more than any happy path.
The systems around you
ERP, warehouse, carrier and finance systems that would stay in place, so we can show how each stage would be owned.
What you will see
- Your scenario on the real product, not slides or mock-ups
- Requested, committed, estimated and actual times kept apart on the record
- How carriers, customers, suppliers and drivers work in their own applications
- Ask Kargentra explaining a blocker with citations and proposing a step for a person to approve
- How Process Composer assigns each of the nine stages to Kargentra or an existing system
- Delivery evidence becoming billing ready, and what blocks it when it is not
Contact questions
How do I book a demo?
Use “Book a working session” on this page. It opens an email to the Kargentra team, pre-filled with a short list of details: company, role, operations in scope, regions and transport modes, and times that suit you. We reply to agree the scenario, then run it through the live product with your team. There is no form or scheduling tool to work through first.
Who will reply to my message?
A person from the Kargentra team reads every message and replies personally by email to agree the next step. If your evaluation has a deadline, say so in the email and we will plan around it. The more you tell us about your lanes, sites and current systems, the more useful the first reply will be.
Can I talk to someone about integrations?
Yes. Email your question and name the systems involved: ERP, warehouse, carrier, telematics or finance. We can walk through Connector Hub, inbound EDI X12 204 tenders, the REST API, signed webhooks and event streams, and show how the Process Composer records which stages an external system owns, so nothing is marked complete on its behalf.
Is there a free trial?
Kargentra is not a self-service sign-up, and there is no empty trial account. After a working session on your own scenario, if Kargentra fits, we invite you to discuss a pilot tailored to your operation: what it would cover, which of your data it would use and what it would have to prove.
Do I need to prepare data before the session?
No data is needed for the first session. A description of two or three lanes, the sites involved and one recent exception is enough for us to prepare a realistic scenario. Sample data matters only if we later discuss a tailored pilot, and then we will tell you exactly which records are useful and in what shape.
Can I ask about security before a demo?
Yes. Ask us anything about tenant isolation, access control, audit evidence, credential handling or how Ask Kargentra is governed. The Trust & Security page explains the architecture in plain language, and we will answer specific questions in writing. We describe the controls the platform operates and do not claim certifications it does not hold.
