About Kargentra: the logistics operating system built on one record
Kargentra brings order, transport, warehouse and yard management, the partner portals, the driver app, freight finance and governed AI onto one operational record, so the people who move freight spend their day running the operation instead of reconciling systems. It is a product of Ditstek Innovations Private Limited.
Logistics runs on fragmented systems
A typical operation keeps orders in one system, stock in another, freight in a third, carrier answers in email and proof of delivery on drivers’ phones. Each system is reasonable on its own. The cost appears in the gaps: the same order keyed three times, a date that means something different on every screen, and a month-end spent proving to customers and carriers what actually happened.
Integration projects try to close those gaps by copying data between systems, and every copy is another place for the truth to drift. Visibility tools add a view on top, but the work still happens somewhere else, and the view can only be as accurate as the slowest feed beneath it.
Kargentra takes a different approach. The order, the shipment, the load plan, the trip, the proof of delivery and the invoice are records on one platform, each advanced by the team that owns that step. Carriers, customers, suppliers and drivers work on the same record through their own applications, scoped to what is theirs. When a step belongs to another system, Kargentra records that ownership instead of pretending the work is done.
What fragmentation costs
- Promises made on stock that was already committed elsewhere
- Tenders that lapse while someone searches an inbox
- Deliveries that cannot be billed because the proof is somewhere else
- Carrier bills paid without being matched to what was agreed
- Partners phoning for status the record already holds
Developed by Ditstek Innovations
Kargentra is a product developed by Ditstek Innovations Private Limited, incorporated in 2017.
Ditstek Innovations builds custom software for its clients, and Kargentra is the product it develops: that experience of building business software, applied to one demanding domain where precision matters more than polish.
The team builds Kargentra the way it expects customers to run their operations: every change goes through a versioned contract, automated checks and an audit trail. That discipline is why the screens on this site are real, and why the claims on it describe what the product does.
Four commitments behind every screen
Governed by contract
Every API operation and event is defined in a versioned contract that names the permission it needs. A screen cannot offer what the contract does not allow, and an integration cannot do what a person could not.
Evidence-led
Actions are written to a hash-chained audit record with the actor and their authority. Every figure states what it counted and what it was counted against, and a number the system does not know is shown as unknown, never as zero.
Real screens, not mock-ups
Every screen on this website is captured from the running Kargentra application or reconstructed from its real labels, columns and states. The data in them is demonstration data, and it is the only thing on these pages that is made up.
Protected semantics
An order is not a shipment, an estimate is not a commitment and proof of delivery is not billing ready. These distinctions are separate facts in the database, the API and the interface, so reports cannot blur them.
What we will not compromise
Six rules that decide how a feature is designed, and when it is allowed to ship.
- 01
One record, not an overlay
Kargentra is the system the work happens in, not a dashboard on top of other systems. Hand-offs between teams are state changes on the same record.
- 02
People approve; AI proposes
Ask Kargentra explains, cites and drafts. A named person with the right permission approves every action, and nothing is sent outside the business automatically.
- 03
Name the blocker and its owner
A control a person cannot use says which permission it needs. A blocked delivery says what is missing and who owns the next step.
- 04
Configure, do not fork
Tenants change behaviour through versioned, previewed configuration such as the process route and operating profiles, never through a custom branch of the code.
- 05
Unknown is never zero
When data is missing, stale or withheld, the screen says so. Honest gaps are more useful to an operator than confident numbers that are wrong.
- 06
Work with what you already run
Transport and warehouse management each run alone or connected, and order management can run beside an ERP. External systems keep the stages they own, and Kargentra never marks their work complete on their behalf.
The short version
Only facts we can stand behind. Screens on this site come from the Kargentra product, and the data shown in them is demonstration data.

About Kargentra: questions
Who develops Kargentra?
Kargentra is a product developed by Ditstek Innovations Private Limited, incorporated in 2017. The company website is ditstek.com, and questions about Kargentra itself go to the product team at info@kargentra.com, where a person replies by email.
Where is Kargentra based?
Kargentra is built by Ditstek Innovations Private Limited, a company registered in India. The product itself is built for operations anywhere: dates are entered and shown in each tenant’s operating time zone and locale, tenants set the languages they operate in, including right-to-left scripts, and journeys are planned with road, rail, ocean and air legs on the same record.
When was Ditstek Innovations incorporated?
Ditstek Innovations Private Limited was incorporated in 2017. Kargentra is the product it develops for one domain: the operational work of moving goods, from the customer order through the warehouse and the road to an invoice that can be defended.
Why does this site show no customer logos or testimonials?
Because we will not publish names, figures or quotes we cannot stand behind. Instead, the site shows real product screens, explains exactly how the platform behaves, and invites you to bring your own lane and exception to a working session. You can judge Kargentra on your operation rather than on someone else’s marketing.
Can I see the product before talking to sales?
Yes. The product tour walks through order to invoice in animated chapters built from the real screens, with no form to fill in first, and the film shows the platform in motion. When you want to go further, book a working session and we will run a scenario from your own operation through the live product.
Judge Kargentra on your own operation
Bring a lane, a site and a recent exception. We will run them through the live product and show you every step on the record.
